Condition:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Non-returnable Items:
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or mistake in the order.

2. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error in your order.
3. Exchanges:
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, we’ll make it right as quickly as possible. In these cases, FICTIONVERSE will cover all return shipping costs.
